Telefonbuch verliert manuelle und Outlook-Einträge

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe JFritz zum ersten Mal installiert und bin begeistert!

Allerdings habe ich folgendes Problem: Die Telefonnummern, die über die Rückwärtssuche nicht zugeordnet werden konnten und zu denen ich die Namen im Telefonbuch manuell ergänzt hatte, standen beim nächsten Start nicht wieder zur Verfügung. Genauso sah es mit den Kontakten aus, die ich aus Outlook importiert hatte.

Habe ich irgendetwas falsch gemacht?

Manuelle Einträge im Telefonbuch werden nicht gespeichert

Hallo,

bei mir verschwinden manuelle Einträge auch immer mal wieder. Wenn ich die dann mehrfach eingetragen habe bleiben Sie erhalten. Ich konnte noch keine Gesetzmäßigkeit erkennen. Hat sich etwas zu dem Problem ergeben oder hat jemand einen Tip, wie man das Telefonbuch nach einer manuellen Änderung explizit speichern kann?
