[Gelöst]: sl-mod 1.3 / mit dropbear, ether-wake, vi, sed, crontab, wget, etc.

If you removed all the changing parts, the "make" should change nothing to the included Firmware, just unpack and repack the firmware. As I said, I don't have such a box, so you have to do all the investigations...

What abot the questions above?

Jörg

EDIT: And the most interesting question at all: Flashing the original firmware leads to a working USB at once??

FRITZ!Box SL 10.03.94 Annex A menu - english

I found a solution to the problem, now everything is fine !!!!.
Firmware FRITZ! Box SL 10.03.94 works in the DSL modem in Annex A, the menus in English and LAN + USB.
FRITZ! Box SL USB works rather poorly.
Your proposal to make the extract and the update is not good because in the make update comes out an error in 47 lines.
Nevertheless, thank you for your help.
Now I have another problem with another firmware.
The case concerns the adaptation of the firmware AVM to Speedport W501V.
In the case of firmware from 7140/7141 to adapt and use the driver for Annex B - everything is working properly.
However, just change the driver for Annex A, DSL, or just under telnet or ftp to change kernel_args Annex B to A and then you can not use a headset for VoIP phone can hear a loud whistle.
Maybe you have an idea?

Congrats. Would you mind to tell what exactly you did to get it working?

Regarding the 501: You should open a new thread for the other issue, so you will get a much bigger audience knowing the 501...

But some hopefully usefull questions in advance, to get a better view of the problem:
- Where did you connect the headset to? If it is part of a "regular" phone, do you have the same with the "plain" phone receiver?
- Is it only with voip calls or also on line calls?

Regards

Jörg
