Found the problem: I was using the english utility DP-L10 and trhat was wrong.
I just installed thre TC300 utility 3 and it is working

Locale cannot be the problem. You seem to have the old T-Com USB drivers installed.
The Pirelli drivers should be included in siparladi.com Pirelli >=3.33 Utility's setup package.
