Upgrade firmware from German to English

Hallo,
I have a FritzBox Fon Wlan with a 08.03.67 Deutsch firmware.

I would transform it in English language (because Deutsch language is very hard for me to understand).

I went on the AVM web site and found an english Firmware Version 06.03.62.
(you can see it here: http://webgw.avm.de:8080/download/D...=en&suchestartenneu.x=79&suchestartenneu.y=21 )

Is possible to install this down-grade version?
Or I will experience some trouble?

Again, the difference beetwen 08.03.67 Deutsch firmware and 06.03.62 english Firmware is just a matter of numbering or the Deutsch version is really more complete?

The 08.03.67 Deutsch firmware is for a Fritz!Box Fon Wlan .
The 06.03.62 english firmware is for a Fritz!Box Fon!
06.03.62 english Firmware is for a Box wihtout Wlan!!

Its not possible to install this down-grade version in my opinion!

Excuse me please, I think an English version is not available in the moment: http://www.avm.de/en/ .

I'm from DK and my knowledge to German language is very limited too :lol: . Same problem here, but btw. not so complicated . You can just download a english manual and use it in stead. Very similar to the german setup

The EN firmware isn't public free downloaded (AVMs restriction) and downgrad the firmware isn't a good idea (have tried and the box is almost dead) :wink: .

Did you try to contact the support ?
Maybe they will send you an english firmware, which ist not yet officially on the site?
