Wie ich recharchieren konnte wurde auf deiser FW die Telnet Funktion aus Platzgruenden weggelassen. Hast du vielleicht eine alte die heirfuer gut gehen koennte?

Auf eine ältere Firmware kannst du nicht downgraden, weil der FritzBox Urlader upgedatet wurde.

du hast 2. Möglichkeiten:
1. Du kannst dir mit Hilfe von Freetz eine Firmware 06.04.49 mit Telnet bauen.
2. Du lädst Telnet mit einem Pseudo.update nach.
z.B von hier http://www.telefonsparbuch.de/software/fritzbox/TelefonSparbuch_Telnet04.30.tar

EDIT: Meld dich dann mal hier, ob es funktioniert hat.

(sorry for the english, but can be helpful for who doesn't know very well the German) just a small addition, for the devices that say "FEHLER: Alphanumerische Rufnummern müssen ein '@' enthalten!" just write: Telnet an-open / #96*7*@ ; telnet-aus-closed / #96*8*@ . In other words, the "@" should be at the end.

Unpraktisch, nicht?

Der Trick ist, hast du alles so wie es soll/war, immer mit aktivierten telnetd eine Exportsicherung mit Passwort machen.
...und kein Werksreset/Firmwareupdate/Recovery mehr.

AVM will den telnetd wohl komplett unzugänglich machen.

was meinst du?

Ich habe gefunden eine Pseudo Firmware (starttelnet.image), aber bei verbindung zum Telnet Internetverbindung verschwindet, wegen dem kann nicht wget benutzen.
und nach 30/60 Sekunden Modem selber neu gestartet, es gibt eine Timeout?

Mit Exportsicherungsdatei mein ich zwar nicht Pseudofirmwareupdate, aber egal.

Der Firmwareflashvorgang muss beendet werden, dann macht sie auch keinen Neustart...

Keine Ahnung, welche Sprache Du eigentlich sprichst, Deutsch ist es wohl eher nicht, daher versuche ich es mal in Englisch - wenn das keine Option ist, gerne auch noch mal in Deutsch.

The automatic start of a telnet daemon will be done by a binary called 'telefon'. Because this doesn't exist (or is not executed) on a 3490 (afaik this model has no telephone support), it's useless to change any settings of the firmware. The only real possibility to execute a telnet daemon on such models is to start it yourself. Therefor you need a "hook" into the firmware, where the process could be started while booting the box.

The former way to upload a "pseudo image" (it's only a tar file with a script called 'install', which will be executed after uploading) isn't useful any longer, because there will be an automatic restart of the device after such an attempt and the only way to avoid such a restart, is an image prepared specially for this case, which will kill the delayed restart process in good time in advance.

But there's another problem using the "pseudo image method" ... the first step while uploading such an image is a partial shutdown of the system (many daemons will be stopped) to ensure there's enough room (in memory, where the tmpfs is residing) to process a "real update image" without hassle. If you want to use any internet connection (as I'd assume, if you want to use 'wget') after uploading such an image and starting your telnet daemon, you've to restart the dsld process first, which has been stopped while uploading the image from a local source (file upload), because it isn't necessary any longer in this case. It's not as easy to bring the whole device back to a "fully functional state" after such a partial shutdown without restarting it - after the restart your telnet daemon has gone again.

The only reliable solution to activate a telnet daemon on a 3xxx-model (or better on every model without the 'telefon' binary) is a (permanent) modification of an original firmware image. You can find some threads here, how this can be done, but it's no task which can be finished within 10 minutes.

There could be an easier solution for a 3490 to modify the firmware (with only local access needed, after you've prepared an USB storage stick with the needed files), if you've got a temporary "stable" access to a shell on the device (that needs a special pseudo image, as mentioned above or any other "hack" to start a telnet daemon for the first time), but I haven't got enough information about the 3490 model to make the script work with this model too.

But i have one problem, my firmware A/CH is not present on the AVM, if something goes wrong, I won't be able to restore the firmware

If it's identical, the german version has to include support for each "DSL annex" (different phone settings aren't meaningful here and would not hinder such an exchange) ... is this really the case?

Even the 7490 model (the internal storage layout for the firmware looks identical to the 3490 and there would be enough room (at the time of this writing) to summarize the international and german versions into a joint one) comes with different versions for german-national and international use.

EDIT: Eigentlich hatte ich das hier schon vor drei Tagen geschrieben, als das Problem von XJIOP geklärt war und ich die Support-Daten der 3490 in den Fingern hatte. Aus irgendeinem Grund habe ich da wohl das Speichern vergessen und das erst heute selbst bemerkt, als ich einen Link hierher angeben wollte. Glücklicherweise hat das "Gespeicherten Text wiederherstellen" sogar über mehrere Tage funktioniert ... ich hatte allerdings auch von diesem Laptop aus noch keinen weiteren Beitrag geschrieben, wenn ich das richtig sehe.

EDIT2: Mal sehen, ob das hier in der #40 jetzt mit dem Speichern klappt ... erst keiner, dann noch einmal keiner und dann gleich zwei gleichen Inhalts ist hoffentlich nur ein Ausrutscher (meines Browsers oder der Forensoftware).
