Hello to all ,

i am new member here , sorry i dont speak Germany

i have a SpeedPort W701 V i searched for a manual in english but i havent found anything just in germany

so the problem is when i enter speeport.ip or 192.168.2.1
i dont get the page to enter in configuration

what the solution

try to setup you network card to acquire IP address automatically, now check the acquired IP-addresses
e.g

IP-Adresse. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.25
Subnetzmaske. . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Standardgateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.1
DHCP-Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.1
DNS-Server. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.2.1

now you can send a ping to Speedport (ping 192.168.2.1)
try to open Web-configuration
type 192.168.2.1 in internet explorer

i tested to ping 192.168.2.1 but dont work
tried to enter in open Web-configuration 192.168.2.1 no luck

do you have any other idea that can solve the problem

No, you made wrong.
I wrote
1.) try to setup you network card to acquire IP address automatically
2.) check the acquired IP address (go to command line and type ipconfig /all)
write the results here

I see
You must enter the right WLAN-password.
If you don't know the right password - connect you notebook with a LAN-cable to Speedport and make a new password

Klick to "Sicherheit" (more details I can't found in the manual)
but you can try to translate the german menu "Sicherheit"
check here for translator

sorry m8 but i think i need a manual in English so i can go tape by tape
i think i am not in touch with this SpeedPort

i have connect with lan-Cable my laptop to SpeedPort
when i have donne ipconfig this is the result automatic Ip Not manual

adresse Ip : 192.168.10.20
Masque Reseaux : 255.255.255.0
Passerelle : 192.168.10.30

i dont know how to change WLAN password and Why ?

Passerelle = Gateway ???
try to type in your internet browser this IP 192.168.10.30 (I hope it's the Gateway)

Why change the WLAN password?
I think, you don't know the correct one -> your WLAN adaptor can't acquire an valid IP-address, gateway and DHCP-Server

I get the Page but there is a problem : that i get the page with a lan-cable ,but why not with Wireless Connection ?

Klick to "Konfiguration starten" (commencer la configuration)
password default "0000"
klick to "Sicherheit" (Sécurité)
make screenshot, because my manual don't show detail menu

EDIT: additional questions to you:
Where is your location (country)?
Who is your DSL-Internet-provider ?
Do you have connect the Speedport direct to DSL-line ?

may be you can see the WLAN password
If you can see the WLAN password try to connect the Speedport by WLAN and type twice the right password.
Be sure, your WLAN adaptor is configured with detect IP address automatically by DHCP

But I see, your speedport have alert: "no ADSL signal detected" (pic. afterpassword.png)

EDIT: maybe the default WLAN security key (WPA-key) is typing at the backside of the speedport device

Klick to start -> settings -> network card

klick right button to your wlan adaptor and select properties
protocol TCP/IP select properties (see my picture)
set both settings to automatic acquire

OK, now you try to connect to the WLAN of the Speedport. Enter the right password and check the aquired IP address (in command line type: ipconfig /all) and send the results.
