New +43/+49 routing for e164.org

We have kindly been donated routing for +43/+49 calls by Selfnet.at and would like some feedback on verification call quality.

Please only use this if you have a new number to register (or a previous number you weren't able to register in the past) as the company donating calls doesn't want the service abused.

would like some feedback on verification call quality.

Made three test calls. The second call was poorly to understand: "here is e164.org" was good, the digits (in german) where too hard to understand.

This may have been due to a load spike on the server I'm not sure, but we are in the middle of transitioning to shiney new server that won't have load issues...

Registration for my +43720 Telephonenumber from sipgate.at was fine. No Problems here.
