How to set a specific ip as DMZ?

Can I set somehow the DMZ to 1 specific ip?

Setting the DMZ to one specific IP is the only way to set a DMZ in the FritzBox. Just add this ip to 'Internet'/'Portfreigabe' as 'Exposed Host'. (Well, this is - of course - no real DMZ, but the only way the FBF supports.)

not a DMZ but an ExposedHost - I think, it's what you're looking for:

you have to activate the option "Expertenansicht aktivieren" ("System" -> "Ansicht"). after that push "Neue Portfreigabe" in menu "Internet" -> "Portfreigabe" and choose "Exposed Host"...
