Alles Ok, auch diese 11 Seiten, sind Fehlerfrei rein geschneit.

Dann kann ich FF auf dem PC wieder beenden.

Fehler bei der Übertragung!

Leider ist ein Fehler bei der Übertragung passiert.

So ein Fehler ist auch bei der Systemüberlastung üblich.


Sie können in Ca. eine Minute auf Neuer Versuch klicken um den
Fax noch ein mal zu senden oder klicken Sie auf Zurück um eine anderes
Fax zu senden.

Das ganze bleibt etwas unbefriedigend. Faxen mit @Pikachu funktioniert hervorragend. Faxe von faxnow.de kommen fast immer an, manchmal gibt es ein busy von der FB.
Faxe von fax-manager.de kommen nie an und bekommen immer ein busy von der FB. Im LAN-Trace und CAPI-Trace sieht man nichts von dem eingehenden Call, der busy abgewiesen wird.
Wie der ISDN Festnetzanschluss getraced (HDLC, D-Kanal) getraced werden kann weiß ich allerdings nicht. Vielleicht hat da ja jemand einen Tipp.
 
CAPI Trace von busy bei fax4box

Hallo,
ich glaube jetzt habe ich die busy Fehlersituation im CAPI-Trace gesehen.
Im Trace ist einmal eine erfolgreiche Fax Übertragung und dann eine mit busy abgewiesene Übertragung. In Zeile 945 (time stamp 50:42:12:70) ist ein DISCONNECT mit "no user responding". Leider kann ich den Grund nicht erkennen. Es sieht genauso wie bei dem erfolgreichen Fax aus.
Hat jemand Erfahrung mit CAPI Trace und kann den Grund erkennen?

1. lass die Box, bei den Telefonieeinstellungen, die Codecs automatisch wählen
2. G3-Dienst des Controllers abeschalten
3. Faxempfang auch bei Dienstekennung Sprache aktivieren
4. in den erweiterten Druckereinstellungen die Auflösung auf 200x100 dpi heruntersetzen.

Bitte nacheinander und mit jeweiligem Test.

BtW, der Handshake scheint nicht zu funktionieren ( speech und "Origination address is non-ISDN" ), das bei dem Trace zu Pikachu imho ISDN war...)

Und noch was: hast du T38 an oder aus?

Beim Fax Drucker steht max 200dpi, ich finde aber nicht wo man das verändern kann.

T38 ist bei Internettelefon ausgewählt.

Die Test dauern etwas, da der Server relativ lange braucht bis er aus-timed.

zu 1) es spielt keine Rolle, wo die Faxe ankommen, denn die Box muß mit den Codecs klar kommen und danach erst F4B.
zu 2) Lad dir noch mal das Tool von Pikachu (mit Reg) und geh in die erweiterten ISDN-Eigenschaften.
zu 3) alles auf analog kannst du immer noch versuchen, aber später, sonst machst du dir wieder neue Baustellen auf!
zu 4) starte FritzFax, in den Einstellungen ist unten "Drucker-Dokumenteinstellung" und dann auf "Erweitert"

T38 schalte mal aus, denn das gibt mit FritzFax immer nur Probleme bei der Aushandlung der Codecs.

hab heute nur zwei Test geschafft, jetzt scheint der Server ausgefallen zu sein.
Das Ergebnis wirft allerdings neue Fragen auf.
Test "Fax-Empfang auch bei Sprache" mit und ohne T38:
Im Capi-Trace kommen Daten über Controller 3 (NT, receive) und gehen Daten über Controller 5 (Internet, send) mit meiner VoIP Nummer als called party:confused:.
In der FaxLog und in der FB sieht man keinen call, der Server meldet wieder busy. In der Zeit war keine andere Aktivität am Telefon und meine Faxnummer ist eine MSN am Festnetz.
Kann es sein das Fax4box versucht über die Default-MSN (VoIP) zu antworten? Soll ich den Teil des Trace einstellen, ich schaffe es immer noch nicht den CAPI-Trace vollständig zu verstehen. Die Doku hilft mir nicht wirklich. Gibt es da noch was besseres?

wenn via Controller 3 angenommen wird, dann ist das ein deutliches Zeichen für Analog! Guckst du hier.
Gesendet wird dann mit 5 (manuell) also Fax via Voip, daher der Versuch die Voipnummer zu nutzen.

PS: Sag mal, hast du überhaupt noch reales Festnetz mit ISDN/Analog?

EDIT: ach noch was, hast du mal alles in F4B auf Analog umgestellt und getestet?

Klar ISDN Festnetz mit 3 MSN.
Warum versucht das F4B denn überhaupt bei einem ankommenden Fax auf einer ISDN MSN Daten auf eine Internet-Nummer zu schicken?
Durch die Veränderung auf 'Faxempfang auch bei Dienstekennung "Sprache"' hat sich die Veränderung ergeben.
Die Probleme sind ja nur mit dem fax-manager.de, Faxe von anderen funktioniert ja. Was ist an diesem Server anders?
