Telefonicus (Telonius?) offers you, sabcat, to inspect the bootloader (mtd2) and the environment setting (mtd3, mtd4). You can extract them using ncftp.
Do that! I'm interested to know the solution, too.

i tried and retried at least 20 times....

the last time i let the command try the copy for more then an hour....

before the info led was blinking continuously, now: 4 times flash 1 pause, 4 times flash 1 pause, and so on ..

well, for the rest is the same...
