So wird das aussehen, wenn du keine "Default-Datei" (z.B. index.html im Ordner "htdocs"), bei dir also "/var/media/ftp/uStor01/apache/htdocs/index.html"

Also jetzt komme ich an meine Grenzen, ich selbst nutze Apache nicht, so ganz korrekt scheint die Config noch nicht zu sein, vielleicht postest du den aktuellen Stand mal?
Auch zu PHP kann ich nix sagen.

Läuft der Apache denn jetzt grundsätzlich? Zumindest weist ja "Address already in use" darauf hin. Vielleicht hast du jetzt mehrere Instanzen am Laufen und deshalb greifen Änderungen nicht? Ein "killall apache" vor dem nächsten Versuch (ggf mit nachfolgendem "ps" zur Sicherheit, dass kein Prozess mehr läuft) sollte da helfen.

Man konnte den Apache auch im Vordergrund starten, um Meldungen zu sehen...

so nachdem ich die verzeichnisse wieder gelehrt hatte läuft er jetzt aber die log dateien noch gleich gross.

Wie gesagt, so genau kenne ich mich nicht aus, aber vielleicht was mit "relativen Pfaden" oder absoluten Pfaden (mit führendem "/")? Was hast du denn aufgerufen, um diese Fehlermeldung zu bekommen?
