Hello,
sorry if I write in english but my German is very poor.
I need help on a big Gigaset N720IP installation with one Dect manager and 14 bases. Network project has been done using Gigaset Kit, following manuals, and tested many times. Now we have delivered the services encountering many issues (firmware version 108).
- Dect Manager restart on its own every two days (more or less): we have "fixed" this issue setting auto reboot during the night!
- Often handsets place calls hearing ringback, but when callee answers there's no audio at all on both directions.
All base stations are active and synced, we use only G711a codec. Syslog messages are not readable.
Please find attached Events of main base stations.
