Ich würd ja gerne mal die pppd debug traces sehen.

@cuma: Kannst Du mal in Deiner options.pptpd folgendes hinzufügen

Symptom: connection is established, but after MPPE is negotiated no data transfer happens, and the debug logs contain this sequence:

The important pattern appears to be the incrementing first byte.

Diagnosis: the PPTP Server has negotiated 40-bit MPPE, but the client has negotiated 128-bit MPPE. The protocol reject messages are triggered by the pppd reading the improperly decoded data stream. Cause of this situation is not known, but it may be due to the PPTP Server being configured for 40-bit encryption only.

Solution 1: add nomppe-128 to the options given to pppd.

Anmerkung: Bei der MPPE-Implementierung in Freetz heissen die Optionen leicht anders, z.B. "nomppe-128" muss "mppe no128" heissen. Siehe in "make/pppd/patches/201-mppe_mppc_1.1.patch" oder http://mppe-mppc.alphacron.de

Ich hab erstmal ne generelle Frage: Ist das Problem box-spezifisch? Denn mit meiner 7170 hab ich das Problem mit PPTP nicht.

Aber ich habe auch "mppe required,stateless" aktiviert, da das der Symbian PPTP Client braucht.

cuma, könntest Du das mal aktivieren?
 
Ich denk schon dass es zwischne den Kernel-Versionen Unterschiede gibt, zB Ticket #336
Ich behaupte auch, dass es mit der 7270 schonmal funktioniert hat - ausser ich hatte vergessen Verschlüsselung zu aktiveren

@feldjaeger: So machst du dir sicherlich keine Freunde, die dir helfen können. Du vergisst dabei, dass Whoopie ein "gestandenes Mtglied" der Freetz-Gemeinde ist, und sich ziemlich ausgiebig damit beschäftigt als einer der Devs. Dein Posting hat so reichlich nicht gebracht, weil der Fehler bekannt ist, weil der Fehler immer gleich aussieht, und wir keine 100ste Wiederholung des ganzen benötigen.
Soll ich mein Log auch noch anhängen, damit noch eine Fehlermeldung der selben Art vorhanden ist? Wohl eher kaum, oder?
Da du darauf wahrscheinlich wieder so fein reagierst wie auf Whoopies Post, warte ich nun auf eine unglaublich freundliche Antwort deinerseits.
 
Da fühl ich mich direkt mit angesprochen, da ich auch nicht wirklich was Produktives beigetragen habe. Wenn ich irgendwie unterstützen kann, dann last es mich wissen.

Hallo, danke für den hinweis (das ist ernst gemeint). Aber ob "gestandes Mitglied" oder nicht, man kanns auch freundlicher schreiben finde ich.
 
@feldjaeger77: Da hast Du vermutlich recht (das ist ernst gemeint). Aber ich erhoffte mir hier nicht weitere Logs zu finden, nachdem ich sah, dass jemand einen neuen Beitrag geschrieben hat. Daraus resultierte mein Beitrag.

@all: wer Zeit und Lust hat, kann mal bitte die folgenden Patches entfernen und den pppd und den Kernel neu kompilieren:

make/pppd/patches/201-mppe_mppc_1.1.patch

Damit verwendet man MPPE aus dem Original-Kernel, man verliert allerdings MPPC.
Zudem ändern sich die Optionsnamen für MPPE, z.B. require-mppe, require-mppe-128, etc. (siehe "pppd/ccp.c"-Datei).

Dadurch würden wir herausfinden, ob es an den Patches liegt oder nicht.
 
Du meinst die entsprechenden Module in Freetz abwählen? Sry für die Unwissenheit, aber ich baue mir meine Images immer mit Speed-to-Fritz ...
 
speed2fritz ist eine weitere Instanz, die irgendwas mit dne Images anstellt. Ich persönlich halte das für keine wirklich gute Idee, da an mehreren Ecken Zugriff aufs Image zu gewähren. Nutz soweit möglich, Freetz allein. Nur für diese w920v benötigst du dieses speed2fritz, der Rest klappt vollkommen stressfrei ohne das.
 
Ich hänge mal die pppd-pre2.6 an (gegen Checkin 3644 aus dem Trunk), vielleicht möchte mal jemand testen, ob es besser klappt.

Zum Vergrößern anklicken....
gelöscht, make clean,neu kompiliert pptpd.options geändert, ergebnis was das gleiche :-(
