IP nicht weitergeben

Hallo,
unser Firmenmailserver lässt mich nicht rein weil ich mich über Fritzbox mit 192.168.xxx.xxx melde.
Gibt es eine Möglichkeit das die Box die 84.175.xxx.xxx nimmt? Oder liegt es am Thunderbird

FRITZ!Box Fon WLAN 7050 (UI), Firmware-Version 14.03.89

Der Firmenmailserver sieht nichts von deiner 192.168.xxx.xxx, da der NAT-Router in der FB diese durch die dyn. zugeteileite IP ersetzt.

Korrekt.

Läßt denn der Mailserver überhaupt Zugriffe von außen zu? Wäre es möglich, einen SSH- (oder VPN-)Tunnel in die Firma zu legen? Oder Mailversand per SMTP-AUTH?

Laß Dich da mal vom Admin des Servers beraten.
