Hi,
I'd prefer to speak english, since my knowledge of german is very limited.

I have the following problem:
When an outgoing internet call is active, and an incoming call is coming trhough the fixed line network, the calling person does not hear a busy signal.
Instead he hears the phone ring over once after which the call seems to be connected, but without any sound.

I tried to activate the busy on busy feature without succes.
Does any one have a solution?

I have a Fritz!box fon ATA with the latest firmware.

Thanks,
Steven

I'm afraid, but IMHO there is no solution for that.
Mayby you may have succes using the "Buisy-on-buisy"-Option.

But this awfull when you do not have an digital fixed telefon network.

Would connecting a telephone on the second FON-output be a solution.
I can live with a scenario that the second telephone would keep ringing.
Everything better than getting connected to nowhere after one ring.

Hey Steven,

may I am wrong but, I think the AVM-ATA is connected to a ordinary DSL-Modem over 10/100(1000)BT and so on.:noidea:
Relaying on this aspect you should introduced or better configure only one analog FON-Interface, let say, GSTN telephone connected to ATA. If for example only on called line identity is given to one interface - is this a true statement:confused:, I see no needed for busy on busy option.
