Help: pppoe fehler

Traurig für meine Sprache: ich bin italienisch.
Mein Fritz! schließt nicht an und der führende DSL bleibt immer weg, selbst wenn Energie das Endblitzen führte. Er gibt diese Anzeige:

DES Verbindungsabbaus Grund: PPOE Fehler

Das ich mein fritz!Boxfon WLAN in Italien, tatsächlich ich benutze, änderte von annex B zur annex A.
Firmware version: 08.03.53

Sorry for my language: i'm italian.
My Fritz! doesn't connect, and the led DSL remains always off, even if power led stops flashing. It gives this message:

I use my fritz!Box fon WLAN in Italy, in fact I changed from annex B to annex A.

Fritzbox con Alice

I use Alice.

Your firmware version seems to be very old. Is there any special reason for that? If not, I would suggest to update. Did you test your DSL-connection with another DSL-modem or -router? Does it work? Is "Annex A" shown in the Web GUI of your FritzBox?

Alice & Fritzbox 7050

Hi,
thank you for your fast answer.
Yes, I have the latest Firmware installed, and I have Annex A, and it is visible in the Gui, but I can't connect the DSL, only the Phone works.
I can easely connect with my AliceModem, and If I connect the Fritzbox behind the ADSL Modem, it works fine, but then I can't get the Phone to work.
What am I doing wrong???
