Cannot flash minimal image

Did you select the international fw version for your box? According to your config you used the german release.

Language is set to "en" in the modifications, but I cannot see an option for international firmware.
Are you referring to "Override firmware source" ?

The "en" selection should be enough.
If you tick "override..." this should be shown:
Code:
[*] Override firmware source                                                                          │ │

I am using freetz-linux with full updates.
I see:
Code:

hmm, are you using freetz-1.1.4 or freetz-trunk?
I think in 114 you cant change the language, but not sure.
I works for me when using the latest trunk revision

freetz-linux-1.1.1 from sourceforge.
Is the freetz-linux version supposed to match the build environment version ?

No, you got me wrong. The build environment is ok.
I was asking for the freetz version you're using. Which one did you check out? svn.....

This is how the main page of menuconfig should look like:

Yeah, you cant select en firmware with 1.1.4. I just checked. So you have to use trunk and all is good :)
But where did you change to "en" as you said in #3 ??

In the modifications, "en" can be selected:

Code:
  │ ┌─────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┐ │
  │ │         --- General --------------------------------                │ │
  │ │             Hardware type (Fon WLAN 7270 (v3 only))  --->           │ │
  │ │             Firmware language (de - deutsch)  --->                  │ │
  │ │         [ ] Show advanced options                                   │ │
  │ │         --- Mod ------------------------------------                │ │
  │ │             Language (en - english)  --->                           │ │
  │ │             Patches  --->                                           │ │
  │ │             Package selection  --->                                 │ │
  │ │             Advanced options  --->                                  │ │
  │ │         ---                                                         │ │

Oh yeah, sorry. Never used that befor, so didnt even see it. :p
Anyway, that has nothing to do with the firmware selection

Thanks for your help - trunk works.
