I flashed international multi-anex version of firmware with rukerneltool, still no dsl or phone signal. Looks like phone part may be damaged. While testing, another coil started beeping and getting hot for couple of minutes, then it stoped beeping but heat is still there. Will look into that...

No noise at all. Have you repaired your box? I never saw a device that got striked by the lightning but i guess man could see some burnt components or marks on the board. Could You dump mtd2 for me? Can i use that dump for jtag or i need mtd2 in some other format? Thanks! EDIT: Wait, i checked...
