Aus den aktuellen VoipJet-Nachrichten der letzten Tage:
Dear Customers,
Please discontinue use of 69.25.60.30, which is one of our West Coast
Servers. We forsee some possible network issues in the coming days.
Please immediately switch to 72.34.43.5 (Los Angeles, Mzima bandwidth).
Users have reported that call quality is better with this server!!
Thanks,
VoipJet Inc.
Dear Customers,
1- Our rates will be updated today, as previously mentioned. This update
will occur during off-peak hours, as we are receiving many calls right now
and we wish to ensure every single call goes through without problem.
2- East Coast Servers: USA termination is now taking a lower latency route
to our carrier (still the same high quality RBOC) for our NAC East Coast
server and this upgrade will occur on the Peer1 NYC server later tonight.
Lower latency means calls sound 'closer' and echo-cancellation (at multiple
levels) tends to work better.
3- Bank wire transfers: We have moved (within Canada) and if you are sending
us wires please contact us for new wire info. Already sent wires should
have no problem being received.
Best Wishes,
VoipJet Inc.
