There is a 7270 V4 ?

I remember well that the fritz 7270 with Hardware Revision 145 are V3,
But there are around 7270 fritz with Hardware Revision 167 that the following site
http://www.wehavemorefun.de/fritzbox/index.php/Firmware_5.x
indicates that it is a 7270 V4
Googling seems to have appeared around December 2011, but on ftp.avm.de there are no dedicated firmware (considering the time of AVM firmware update of the Bible, this information does not seem to take on any meaning in the sense that the AVM could put between 2-3 months)
Do you know something?
