Hi everyone,
Plain white screen background issues have been a recurring problem with our Avaya J100 series SIP Phones. During slight network jitter, these phones often freeze and display a plain white screen, becoming unresponsive with no inbound or outbound calls. Interestingly, our older H.323 phones managed such conditions without any issues.
Recently, during routine phone system maintenance, all H.323 phones rebooted as expected, but the J100 series phones either froze completely or got stuck on the white background.
Is there a specific setting in the 46xxsettings.txt file that can be adjusted to address this issue and make the phones more resilient to minor connection disruptions? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
