misdn invalid chars(!,}) in oad dad of find_chan

When I compile against a 2.6.20 kernel i get '!' and '}' chars in my aod and dad fields. This is probably the reason why asterisk does not work.

With the 2.6.18.6 kernel i had no problems.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this. Is this a problem when compiling under utf-8?

same problem here. tried everything against 2.6.20 and got this error. now im back on 2.6.17-gentoo-r8, i compiled misdn, misdnuser, asterisk, chan_misdn again(with emerge). but i get the same strange oad's and dad's.

but its only on my TE port. on the NT port is everything fine.
i switched the 2 hfcpci and got the same results.

so misdn seems to be the reason.

but after reading your post, i'll try to recompile everything again with 2.6.18.

same here.

first i did an emerge -C with all the packages. then i installed sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-2.6.18-r7, reboot an then came an emerge -va with all this packages, in this order:

now it works again
