Gigaset.net ports

I am having a problem with my router and I want to port forware the ports to the gigaset base for the gigaset.net.
At the moment the phone rings or dials but there is no voice.
Do you know which ports gigaset.net use for SIP and RTP so I can properly forwared the ports to the gigaset IP

Forwarding ports is almost never a solution. It’s a security risk. Please tell us something about your router and your gigaset base. Which models?

Please check your router for settings like "SIP ALG" or "Connection Tracker" and deactivate them. Then try again.
