Forwarding INSIDE port of Fritz

Hi, it's possible to forward a port binded to LAN address of Fritz to an outside address?

More specifically, i'd like to connect to fritz.box:8080 from inside my LAN and being redirected to www.myhost.com:80...

Hi Luca,

I do not know if this is possible.

You might look inside /var/flash/ar7.cfg abd play around with "forwardrules".
But I expect you have to configure a section outside the DSL-interface.

Be very careful with these configuration and prepare a backup of mtd3 and mtd4.

Hi and thanks for your answer...
My questions is: what uses the Fritz to set firewall, port forward and similar? There is no trace of "iptables" or "ipchains" but only a "ip" command that i don't know how to use.

AVM is using some own stuff. This guarantees also the traffic shaping and
QOS for VoIP.

There are some kernel with modification to enable iptables. But that's just
what I have seen. I never tried.
