Sorry for using English. Ich bin ein hollander und mein Deutsch is nicht so gut. I am using for the time being a FBF 7170 behind a router that is connected on the internet. My FBF becomes a TCP/IP address from this router as a client. Currently I am using FBF as ATA. Almost every scenario works except one.
When I call a Voipbuster Softphone then they can not hear. If a Voipbuster softphone calls me they also can not hear me. I have tried every possible set up. For sure it is not a problem with ports.
If I do the same setup (behind the same router) with my Siemnes C 450 IP, then I have audio both ways. So in my opinion it is a problem with the FBF.
I have opened a case at the AVM helpdesk, but after two weeks they responded that the 7170 whas designed for the German market, while this has nothing to do with German or Dutch standards. I like the functionality very much but I also like to have conversations with my friends using Voipbuster softphones.
Is their any body having the same problems or any idea how to solve this?
