install iptables for Freetz - Fritzbox 7390

im use options in make menuconfig but still not work iptables

im use replace kernel and all options to iptables and still afer start iptables:

im not see fisicaly in kernel /lib/net/ipv4/netfilter - not see ip_tables and other

Im read many many post and see it iptables is included in kernel, yes ?

But i dont now where write rules and saving this rule but working.... ? and why restart iptables in new rules ?
